Anywired, a blog I just added to my list of bloggers I follow, has a post about becoming a Lifestyle Entrepreneur.I mentioned tweeted on this post this afternoon, and Pam Slim picked up on it and mentioned it on her blog, including using my name with a link to my website. So that’s a first for me, the first time a major blogger uses my name and links to my site! My 15 seconds of fame. ;).Skellie, who authors anywired.com, discusses three types of lifestyle entrepreneurs.
- Time minimalists. Who want to spend as little time working as possible.
- Nomadic entrepreneurs. Who want to work from where-ever they happen to be, not tied to a geographic location.
- Do it for love. They do what they want to do, and then try to figure out how to make money at it.
I can see that I have some of all of those, but I’m particularly interested in the nomadic lifestyle. I’m more than ready to join the ranks of the snowbirds, going south to a place that’s warmer and drier than the Pacific Northwest in the winter, but come back home in the summer. And some trips back to Minnesota to visit the kids. As well as see the rest of the country. Have motorhome, will travel!Technorati Tags:business, Motorhomes, RVing
