House Spending bill increases

This is good news, if it passes. The House is proposing a budget that increases NASA’s Commercial Crew budget beyond what they got in 2013, although not as much as they asked for.

In the meantime the Rocket to Nowhere, also known as the Senate Launch System (SLS) gets to gobble up another $3 billion with no missions and no requirements. But then, that’s not the point. The point is to keep the pork flowing to the same congressional districts and states that the Shuttle pork went to.
