Are we Arrogant?

Seth Godin wrote today about arrogance.
Better, I think, to make a difference and run the risk of failing sometimes, of being made fun of, and yes, appearing arrogant. It’s far better than the alternative.
If we are to make a difference, we have to take risks, including the risk of sounding arrogant at times.

Contract Extended

Got the word today that my contract at Boeing, on the P-8A is being extended until July 3rd. So I am not looking for a new gig for a few more months. Based on the program schedule, I don’t expect anything beyond that.
